so’mo Grilled CHICKEN THIGHS
WHAT YOU NEED (Ingredients)
1) Boneless chicken thighs
2) So’Mo BBQ (1 Tablespoon/Pound of Chicken)
3) Olive Oil
WHAT YOU DO (Instructions)
1) Lightly coat chicken with olive oil
2) Hand-rub So’Mo BBQ onto chicken
3) Grill on medium heat and serve with favorite sides
so’mo BAKED chicken wings
WHAT YOU NEED (Ingredients
1) Chicken Wings
2) So’Mo BBQ (1 Tablespoon/Pound of Wings)
3) Baking Powder (1/2 Tablespoon/Pound of Wings)
4) Paper Towels
WHAT YOU DO (Instructions)
1) Mix So’Mo BBQ and Baking Powder together in a bowl
2) Pat the wings dry with paper towels - do not be lazy
3) Coat wings with mix of So’Mo BBQ and Baking Powder
4) Cover baking rack with aluminum foil and slice foil in several places
5) Cover baking pan with aluminum foil
6) Put baking rack onto baking pan
7) Put wings on rack, spacing out nicely - use as many racks as needed, but make sure to space out wings
8) Bake wings in oven 425 for about 1 hour, flipping every 15 to 20 minutes so that wings get crispy all over

WHAT YOU NEED (Ingredients)
1) Eggs
2) So’Mo BBQ (1/4 Teaspoon/3 Eggs)
3) Extra-Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
WHAT YOU DO (Instructions)
1) Scramble eggs as you prefer
2) Melt cheese on top at end (Pro Tip - a litttle bit of water in pan helps the cheese to melt evenly and quickly)
3) Sprinkle So’Mo BBQ on top of cheese and serve with toast
so’mo potatoes
WHAT YOU NEED (Ingredients)
1) Potatoes
2) So’Mo BBQ (At Least a 1/4 Teaspoon/Potato - More is Better!)
3) Olive Oil
WHAT YOU DO (Instructions)
1) Cut potatoes into cubes - evenly sized at about ¾ inch works
2) Put into disposable aluminum pan and coat with olive oil
3) Sprinkle So’Mo BBQ generously onto oiled potatoes
4) Put aluminum pan on hot grill and stir regularly until potatoes are done (usually about 15 to 20 minutes)
Alternate Oven Cooking Technique: Cover baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper, coat cubed potatoes with oil and season with So’Mo BBQ. place potatoes in single layer on baking pan, and roast in oven at 425 for about 35 minutes, flipping ½ way through
so’mo BAKED pork ribs
WHAT YOU NEED (Ingredients)
1) Pork Ribs
2) So’Mo BBQ (1 Tablespoon Per Pound of Ribs)
3) Light Brown Sugar (1 Tablespoon Per Pound of Ribs)
4) Favorite BBQ Sauce (Optional)
WHAT YOU DO (Instructions)
1) Mix So’Mo BBQ and Light Brown Sugar together in a bowl
2) Remove the membrane from the “back” of the ribs
3) Coat both sides of ribs with mix of So’Mo BBQ and Light Brown Sugar
4) Wrap ribs in aluminum foil
5) Place foil wrapped ribs in oven (on a pan to prevent leaks)
6) Bake ribs in oven on 275 for about 3 hours (more or less)
